Bob Garcia is a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR-Organizational
Development professional with over 15 years of experience. He is a
knowledgeable and experienced leader whose skills include
performance consulting, talent management, strategic staffing,
succession planning, employee training and union negotiations.
Bob served as Director of Organizational Capabilities for the Kohler
Co. in Kohler, WI and as the Chief Learning Officer for
International Truck & Engine Corp in Warrenville, IL. He holds a BS
degree from UCLA and an MA degree from Stanford University.

ability to positively affect total plan cost has dramatically
increased over the last several years and the main reason is
