Jan Chirchirillo is a senior human resource consultant specializing in executive compensation and total rewards. She has over twenty years of experience in for-profit and not-for-profit industries. She has extensive in-depth knowledge of the broad issues confronting leaders in health care, manufacturing, higher education, consulting, and financial services. Her special areas of human resource expertise are compensation, benefits, employment, and general human resource management. She is highly skilled in identifying problems rather than describing symptoms, and in developing innovative, effective solutions. In addition to success with her own consulting practice with clients like Framingham Union Hospital, she has worked for LifeSource, University of Chicago, Mercy Hospital & Medical Canter, Ernst & Ernst, Marsh & McLennan, and the Maremont Corporation.

Jan has master’s degrees from Loyola University (Institute of Industrial Relations) and Northwestern University (Master of Science in Managerial Communication), and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
