David Franzone is the firm’s Executive Search Consultant with more than 15 years experience in executive selection and placement. David has consulted with hundreds of companies throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, successfully sourcing talented candidates for placement at salaries ranging from $90,000 to $250,000. His experience covers professionals in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, Training and Organizational Development, as well as other disciplines ranging across many industries including financial services and manufacturing.

Prior to joining the executive search community David enjoyed a long career as a Human Resource Generalist working in commercial banking (American National Bank and Trust Company), food service (Interstate United Corporation), not-for-profit and distribution. In the early 1980’s David was the first Director of Human Resources for Lands’ End, the Direct Merchant Retailer.

David holds a Masters Degree in Labor Relations and a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy both from Chicago’s Loyola University; and he has completed extended studies in clinical counseling psychology. Past affiliations and certifications have included HRMAC, SHRP, ODN Chicago and AEP (Accredited Executive in Personnel).
