Rachael McCalla is a human resource consultant at Blue Prairie Group. Rachael specializes in understanding employee behaviors and developing human resource solutions that align with companies’ organizational strategies.

Before joining Blue Prairie Group, Rachael provided outside human resource consulting services for several different organizations, including not-for-profit and brokerage firms. During her time spent with these organizations, Rachael was responsible for developing initiatives involving personnel alignment, the construction of HR departments for small business, employee satisfaction issues and employee recruitment.

Rachael holds a Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Roosevelt University where she focused her attention primarily on organizational development, survey construction and analysis, managerial training, and motivational theory.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University.
