Rachael McCalla is a consultant
at Blue Prairie Group, working in both the Institutional Retirement
and Human Resource practice areas.
Within the Institutional Retirement practice area, Rachael partners
with investment committees to improve their company retirement plans
and ensure their needs are met with the highest standard of service
and care.
Within the Human Resource practice area she specializes in
understanding employee behaviors and developing human resource
solutions that align with companies’ organizational strategies.
Before joining Blue Prairie Group, Rachael provided outside human
resource consulting services for several different organizations,
including not-for-profit and brokerage firms. During her time spent
with these organizations, Rachael was responsible for developing
initiatives involving personnel alignment, the construction of HR
departments for small businesses, employee satisfaction issues and
employee recruitment.
Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational
psychology from Roosevelt University where she focused her attention
on organizational development, survey construction and analysis,
managerial training, and motivational theory. She earned her
Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University.
