Message from Matt                                                                            February 25, 2009

We're all looking for answers in these turbulent times. As we survey the  economic landscape, the view is bleak, forcing us to re-evaluate and adapt to dramatically changing conditions.

On the prairie, drought and fire periodically devastate the land, but deep, strong roots sustain grasses and flowers. How well are you rooted in this recession? How healthy are your fundamentals?
Whether you are a busy fiduciary, a growing company, a downsizing organization or an individual investor, there are prudent steps you can take to strengthen and safeguard your foundation.

Eventually, on the prairie, new life explodes in abundance from the rich, underground network--healthy roots draw sustenance from the soil and when conditions are right , the prairie blooms again. It always does.

Take heart and take care,

Matt Gnabasik
