Warren Rothman is a Senior Human Resource Consultant at Blue Prairie Group LLC, a full-service human resource and investment consulting firm. With over 30 years of human resources leadership in industries and companies as diverse as Xerox Corporation, Federated Department Stores, Ameritech, HALO, and Alterra Healthcare, Warren has been an influential strategic and operational partner to C-level executives and field management in implementing practical, timely and bottom-line impacting solutions to difficult business issues.

In his generalist roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as functional specialist, Warren provided value-added leadership for a number of post-merger human resources integrations of structure, policies and systems; the complete redesign of employee communications; establishment of performance management and pay-for performance programs; review and redesign of several benefits packages, yielding multi-million dollar savings; recruitment of middle and senior management; post-hire on-boarding and retention initiatives, reducing turnover by 15%; integrated talent management, including succession planning, individual development and coaching; and, numerous company turnarounds, including 3 successful Chapter 11 filings with cost reductions ranging from $6 to $60 million.

Since joining Blue Prairie Group, Warren has completed several Human Capital Management Assessments utilizing BPG’s proprietary methodology (including as part of an acquisition due diligence team), led several retained HR assignments, facilitated several Payroll, HRIS and Timekeeping systems conversions, and led a large-scale culture and organization change management effort.

Warren holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Organizational Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (where he co-chairs the Talent Acquisition interest group) and the Association for Corporate Growth.
