As the Client Relationship Manager with Blue Prairie Group, Tony is responsible for all client service protocols and workflows for BPG’s retained Institutional Retirement clients. His comfort with technology makes him uniquely qualified, as his deep knowledge of the various CRM systems that BPG deploys allows him to service clients and track the report delivery process in ways that many firms have yet to embrace.
Additionally, Tony leads BPG’s affiliate support group and work closely with BPG’s advisor affiliates, acting as the liaison between the remote affiliates and the in-house staff. When BPG brings on a new affiliate advisor, he works with them on a number of issues, including affiliate on-boarding and client transition. Once their book of business is transitioned, Tony works closely with the affiliate to ensure that their clients’ needs are met with the highest standard of care.
Tony is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. While at U of I, he spent two years on the College of Communications Student Advisory Council as a senior council member. In the summer of 2012, he successfully earned a Master’s Degree in Cinema Production from DePaul University.
When he’s not working, Tony enjoys watching “Mad Men” or reading books from his favorite author, Ayn Rand.
